Melissa is an experienced administrative professional, with years of personnel, human resources and employee support. She graduated from Burlington High School in 2000 and continued her educational aspirations with a Bachelor’s Degree in Communication and Sociology from Southwest Baptist University in 2004. Away from the office, she enjoys spending time with her husband, Stacy, and their son, Sebastian.

As a family, they enjoy camping, fishing, swimming and all things outdoors. If the weather is nice, you may see her out riding her motorcycle or taking a bike ride through the countryside. If not outside, she is likely holed up in her craft room, surrounded by glitter glue and cardstock. She feels blessed to be a part of the Slape & Howard Team and looks forward to continuing to serve the injured workers of her home state.
